*** CANCELLATION for Jan 31st Shoot ***

Hello All,   Due to the recent weather – very icy and slippery conditions; the Match that was scheduled for tomorrow (Jan 31st) is being cancelled.   We always want to ensure the safety of all persons at the range!  At this time, we feel that the icy conditions will increase the risks associated with running a safe match.  Thanks for your understanding.   In lieu of this, I have attached a link to a video for you to see.  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IEMKYEeMUog   This is a way to train and shoot indoors regardless of all of this weather!  We would love to see more of our shooters get involved in this concept.  We can have jsu as much fun doing this until the weather allows us to get to the Range regularly.   If you’re interested, send me an email and we can work together to exchange information and answer any questions you may have.   Regards,   Rick Crane Statistician – IPSC NL Cell: 709-765-8991 email: stats@ipscnl.ca

Scheduled IPSC Match Jan 31st

Hello all,   There is a match scheduled for this Saturday, Jan 31st at the Rod & Gun Club.  Gerry Carr has put together the stages for our shoot this week.  I have attached 3 of the photos what will be used to make up the courses of fire.  We will modify what we have here to get 6 Stages.  Hopefully the weather permits us to have a full Match.   As of now we are planning on having our first shot at 10:00 am.  Please come join us for the setup; we will be aiming to start setting up at 9:00.  Many hands makes light work, and we can get the fire started in the shack if need be.  I don’t have the round count right now.   Have a look at the photos, see what we may have in store … stay tuned for the round count!  We will provide more details as Saturday gets closer.   Regards,   Rick Crane Statistician – IPSC NL Cell: 709-765-8991 email: stats@ipscnl.ca

RE-Loaded Videos of Airsoft shooting

Somehow the previous links got deleted from the account.   Here are the new links for you to view.   Dave and I just set up a little Airsoft course of fire to try this out.  Dave has invested in the targets and all associated gear.  We are hoping that we may be able to get some people together to try this throughout the winter (maybe 1 night a week or a weekend afternoon).   If you are interested, please contact Dave A or Rick C.  Or if you have any questions, just get a hold of us.  Our contact info can be found under the Executive Committee link on the webpage.   It’s great fun and an economical way to get some practice in the winter.   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7GQMCMSZ7F4  Rick C   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ppdD07MyVFQ  Dave A   Hope to hear from you.       Rick Crane Statistician – IPSC NL Cell: 709-765-8991 email: stats@ipscnl.ca
